New yarns, combined with new constructions produce best cruising weaves. Woven on Next generation, Newest Design Looms. Low aspect weaves in light and medium weights require less resin to hold shape during repeated use than higher aspect fabrics. Durability is maximized by high mass warp yarns in weights over 7 oz, which provide resistance to degradation from Ultra-violet rays, resistance to tear, and abrasion. Very large 500 denier warp yarns in 8.68, 9.68, and 11.18 make these fabric suitable for use in sails which see highest UV exposure and abrasion. |

| 8.68, 9.68, 11.18 have large denier yarns in both directions. Such massive yarns maximize resistance to UV degradation, tear, breaking and abrasion. | Other Performance Cruise styles have finer weave, and higher yarn counts. The higher number of yarn linkages maximize bias stability and fabric life. |
